The eVALUEator uses research to monitor over 8,000 public companies to identify those whose products or practices violate one or more screens.
There are four cultural criteria screens.
1. Pornography
2. Anti-family entertainment
3. Abortion (Abortion facilities, Planned Parenthood, abortion-related products, manufactures, insurance companies)
4. Non-marriage lifestyles (Companies undermining the institution of marriage domestic with partnership benefits, corporate sponsors of homosexuality)
There are three optional consumer issue screens. Any company that manufactures:

6. Tobacco products
7. Gambling
